Where is the earliest plucking of Chinese Tea

In China, there are 18 provinces producing tea. Who knows where is the earliest plucking place among these provinces. Hainan? Yunnan? Guangdong? Fujian?… Because these provinces are in the more southern part of China.

Sichuan is a province which is neither North nor South, and not a border province.
