The mao cha from Mi Feng Shan and Bai Ying Shan were blended together for piling. The piling started from middle of Septemeber and lasted to end of October. After the piling, the tea would undergo sorting. The sorting would separate the tea into Gong Ting (buds and tips), Cha Tou (hard block) and regular leaf (the leaf from ancient tea tree material is bigger than garden tea).
