Besides the famous Lushan Yun Wu green tea produced in Lushan of Jiangxi Province, there is also another Yun Wu green tea produced in the Guiding County of Guizhou Province, which is Gui Ding Yun Wu.
It is made in the cloudy and misty place of the high mountain of Guiding. The farmers here has been producing this Gui Ding Yun Wu for a few hundred years. And it had ever been the tribute tea to the Chinese emperors in the past. So it was also names as Niao Wang Tribute Tea. Niao Wang is the cultivar name planted here to produce this tea. It is one of the outstanding fine traditional cultivars to make Chinese green tea.
It is different from Lushan Yun Wu in that it has curly tea body, while the Lushan Yun Wu tea body is straight.
Gui Ding Yun Wu has fresh flowery sweet fragrance. And the taste is rich mellow.
