The traditional processing of Chinese tea is hand-made. Hand-made Chinese tea needs very high level of performance of handling skills. The worker has to control the timing, temperature, condition of leaf material using experience and insight. The good hand-made Chinese tea is really a kind of art masterpiece. The tea quality is much better than the machine processed tea. (Must make sure it is made by skilled masters though)
We are hand-making the Chinese Bi Luo Chun green tea today.

This is the masterpiece work!The tea looks very alive beautiful with flying white pekoe covered on the tea body. It tastes very floral sweet!
