This is the 2018 supreme green jade green tea. It is made by the tender tea shoot plucked from high mountain tea garden. The cultivar is Fuding Xiaoye. The quality is outstanding. It has vibrant jade green color and carry white hair. It is such an artisan product!
The flavor is flowery creamy. and the taste is sweet mellow, without any bitterness and astringency.
It is one of the best choice Chinese green tea at good price level.
As a comparison, Green Snail is made by Fuding Daye cultivar. and it is mostly planted in low land.
