We are releasing our 2018 crop Fujian white tea, Silver needle (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) and White peony (Bai Mu Dan).
Both of them are made by the Fuding Dabai tea cultivar. And Silver Needle is made by single bud, White Peony is made by one bud one leaf, and one bud two leaves newly open.
The tea garden is in Tai Lao Shan,with sea level around 800m.
The quality is excellent! Silver Needle is of fat tea body and all covered by live flying white hair, giving floral fragrance of slight fermentation of white tea. The White peony look colored with silver, yellowish and dark leaves. It gives flowery rice fragrance.
The white tea is the tea of most natural processing, and keeps rich anti-oxidants.
It is the most healthy tea to drink.
