We start our tea journey for premium high quality green tea just in the day of Qing Ming. Many tea people consider it is a bit too late. Because the green tea production start around three weeks before Chinese Qing Ming.
Actually it is just the right timing to start our journey. In our belief, good quality always come from high mountain. The season in the high mountain is late. And the tea gardens with natural farming do not have the stimulant of chemicals for growth.
