This is the Chinese Xiao Ye Ku Ding (Small leaf Ku Ding Cha). it is made by the tender leaf of the plant Ilex Latifolia Thunb, by steam-green processing. The Ilex Latifolia Thunb is wild growing in the mountains in South China, Guangxi, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces. The tender shoot one bud one leaf is plucked in early Spring to process the Ku Ding Cha. The Ku Ding Cha has jade green color, vegetal fragrant flavor and the taste is bitter with very sweet aftertaste.
