In South Fujian there are a lot of tea cultivars to process oolong tea, eg. Tie Guan Yin, Jin Guan Yin, Huang Dan, Mao Xie, Ben Shan,… One other famous tea cultivar is Bai Ya Qi Lan which is widely planted in the tea gardens of Daqinshan area in Pinghe County.
Bai Ya Qi Lan is the second biggest export oolong tea from South Fujian, which is just next to Tie Guan Yin.
