This is our organic tea garden in Wuyi of Fujian to produce the Shui Xian oolong. It is one of the most beautiful tea gardens in China. The tea garden is well managed in sound ecological system and practice natural farming. It is in perfect harmony with the the nature. It is certified organic with EU and NOP standard.

Can see a lot of spider webs on the tea trees. Spiders are hungry instect predators. They are vital to control the pests in the organic tea garden.

The tea garden is very harmonius with nature.

The tea garden is planted by two cultivars. One is Shui Xian, the other is Ai Jiao Wu Long (Dwarf Oolong, which is called as Qing Xin Oolong in Taiwan).

The tea was harvested in May. It is made by the one bud three leaves tender tea shoot.

The tea is very well processed. It has oily dark color and gives charming roasted tea flavor with hint of cappuccino.  

How does it taste:

The tea gives lingering creamy and chocolate like flavor. The taste is rich and mellow with the rock character (Yan Yun). The aftertaste is deep!
