The Organic Dian Hong Jin Hao Yunan Black Tea GFOP (G.F.O.P. =Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe, which is from the orthodox British style to grade the refined cut black teas) is produced from our South Yunnan organic tea garden which is certified by EU and NOP standard.The tea garden is located in altitude around 1600m and well managed in sound ecological system. The tea was harvested in the middle of April and processed in the plant with fourty more years experience of producing black tea. Most of the tea body is covered by golden hair. The tea brewing gives floral sweet flavor and the taste is sharp and very strong. It is the character of classic Dian Hong. 

The tea garden has an area of 1200Mu (equal to around 80 hectare). The tea grows under forestry. The ecological system is sound.

The tea garden is planted with Menghai Big Leaf tea cultivar, which is a fine species of Yunnan Big Leaf Tea. It is featured by long tender tea shoot and a lot of white hair. The tea tree behaves good resistance to disease and pest. The tea has rich quality content (high water infusion rate). It is a very good tea cultivar for processing black tea.

The tea has a lot of golden tip, and it gives charming sweet fruity flavor. The taste is very strong. It is the top grade orthodox Yunnan Black Tea!
