During the pile fermentation of ripe pu-erh, some tea juice concentration and leaves forms the tight block in the core of the pile, which is not easy to dismiss after the pile fermentation finish and conduct the refining and grading. So the tea block is called as natural tuocha. It is believed by most of the tea drinkers, that Lao Cha Tou is more tasty than the grades of loose leaf ripe pu-erh.
