Yunnan Green Tea

The Chinese Yunnan Province produces Yunnan Black Tea, Pu-erh Tea and aslo Green Tea. The Yunnan Green Tea is not so famous as Yunnan Black Tea and Pu-erh Tea. And it does not look so cute in apperance as the Green Teas produced in other provicnes. The Big Leaf Cultivar tea body is a bit bulky. But the quality is good. The flavor is sweet and aftertaste is deep.

This is a Yunnan Green Tea produced in a mountain tea garden with altitude around 2000m. The temperature here is low and the tea grow slowly here, which make the tea leaf accumulate rich quality content. And also there are few insects here-no worry on pest control!

The green tea is processed by steam green (Killing by steam). It has rich sweet floral flavor and deep aftertaste.
